Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Deposit Policy A $500 deposit secures your half Wagyu beast for your chosen pickup month. The balance of $1,750 is invoiced one week prior to pickup and must be paid before collection. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable. If your circumstances change, you can transfer your reservation to a future month, or to another person — just get in touch and we’ll arrange it. Rescheduling: To change your pickup month, please contact us directly at hello@lonepinefarm.com.au and we’ll find a slot that suits you. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, your $500 deposit can be applied as credit toward a future beast within 12 months, or transferred to a friend or family member. Final balance: The $1,750 balance is invoiced approximately one week before your pickup date. Pickup is arranged once full payment is received. Questions?
